Assuming you already have a twitter account, you will have to enable twitter on your ACS Network profile. To set up twitter on the ACS Network, you will need to do the following:
Go to Preferences,
Select the Twitter tab and enable.
You will then be asked to authorize linking your ACS Network profile with your Twitter profile.
Once you authorize on the Twitter side, you should be taken back to the ACS Network and your preferences should be changed.
Begin your tweet with #acsntwk, and it will appear as your status update.
