Join the Penn State Berks Chemical Society during National Chemistry Week in a celebration of candy! Whether it’s hard candy, chocolate, or taffy, the sugars and ingredients undergo a transformation in their properties that results in the delicious treats. Learn about the properties found in hard candy, explore the world of sugarless candy, and participate in fun hands-on activities exploring “The Sweet Side of Chemistry!”
