There is lot of uncertainty in chemistry profession. The out put as compared to high education and hard work is less. Scientist and senior management people are some time not in good position.
The marketing, finance and other non technical management people are finding good growth in short time than a chemistry Ph.D.
If it is continue than most of new generation will opt other profession than chemistry.
