FORMS: Enter 2011 Events

You can now enter your 2011 events into FORMS.

1. Go to www.acs.org/forms
   
2. Login using your ACS user ID and password
   
3. Select the Annual Report tab
   
4. Choose your local section or division and 2011, then hit go.
   
5. Scroll down to find "Add an Activity", click there and enter your 2011 events.
