View and print your annual report in FORMS

All annual reports and activities that have been put into the FORMS system can now be viewed as a PDF. You may print, email or post your reports to your website using the PDF functionality.

As a reminder, ChemLuminary Nominations are due on February 28th. You may self-nominate by clicking on Add an Activity. After complete all the tabs for the activity, you will be able to nomiinate the activity for an award.

Thanks, LaTrease.  Please also continue to work on allowing 2011 content to be loaded into FORMS, as we (the CA Section) have a backlog of over a dozen events and activities thus far this year, and I'm hoping I don't have to do this all at once later in the year.
