Gloves for working with toluene?

In my lab, I am working with solutions in toluene, injecting through filters with glass syringes that make it difficult to avoid prolonged contact with the solvent.  Both nitrile gloves and ethylene gloves, which are stocked in the lab, are permeated by toluene after perhaps 30 seconds to 1 minute of contact.

I am looking for advice on minimizing my contact with this chemical while working.  The syringe injection process is delicate, and cannot easily be set aside every time the toluene soaks into a glove.  Are there better glove materials for this?  Or a way to prevent the toluene from leaking out of the syringe?

Thanks.  Sincerely, Sam Birrer.

Viton(TM) gloves are one recommendation for handling toluene.
