If you know the pKa of compound can you find it's pKb?

Dear Ask A Chemist,

If you know the pKa of compound can you find it's pKb?

I'm not talking about the pKb of the conjugate base, which I know you can find by subtracting the pKa from 14. So, can the same compound have both a pKa and a pKb? For example, can acetic acid have both a pka and pkb? Not the pKb of the acetate ion..

I hope my question makes sense! Thanks!
