Does the ACS Reagent Chemicals publication have a scientific technical support contact like the USP and EP? I have already found the need to get clarification on three different topics within the ACS Reagent Chemicals publication and I haven't been able to obtain technical support. I've tried by creating a ticket in the ACS Customer Service Portal twice, and twice I have gotten a generic response stating that they are not a scientific support help desk and redirected me the "Ask an ACS Chemist" community. Of course, I have created two postings for which I never got a response. I figured that "Ask an ACS Chemist" is not an official scientific technical support group and that I am not going to get the answers I need.
Does anybody know how to get official ACS Reagent Chemicals scientific help?
