Here is a link to a Help document that may give you some direction on how to create a new account: Logging In

Imad-

I think you will need to contact our customer service group. I have limited access and can see that you are in our database but do not have a username and password. Please see https://myaccount.acs.org/myaccount/CustomerService.html for the various ways to contact them.

They should be able to help you.
