I am a Brazilian student looking for Grants for my Ph.D. studies in France. I've already been accepted in a research group there, and my supervisor is trying to get something to me. Do you know some opportunity for a foreign student?

Hmm.  Have you tried the ACS's The Petroleum Research Fund?  I gather that it is generally geared toward faculty, but there may be some opportunities there.  Even if you are not eligible, the staff there may be able to point you in the right direction.
