When I was laid off from Macy's in Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach, California, sometime on January 18,2011,I decided to make the best of my time by starting my own online retail business selling sportswear,at https://www.companycasuals.com/SportswearByRosemaryMrazik/start.jsp

To my disappointment,I floundered after a brief beginning, but the website remains.I,hopefully, will be able to begin this business once again, or another one similar to it;maybe a reading room, where I can sit with my laptop,a good book, enjoy a fireplace at its best in the middle of the winter, and have a cup of hot tea or hot chocolate.I seem to have a craving for Starbucks holiday pastries right now.

Well, anyway,I was placed at a job with the same Macy's location within a month or two after I was told that my job was cut, this being in the fitting rooms on the Women's side of the building;Macy's Womens at Manhattan Village Shopping Center. After struggling with part time hours for over a year,I was placed in another job,but this time,I snagged a fairly good job in the Macy's Men's Store as a Levis sales support person.Nice.I now had regular working hours;not bad for retail work shifts;but my hourly wages remained close to minimum wage, making financial ends meet quite a struggle.

So here is the boring part,my resume,at least in a small section of it.For my resume,go to my Linkedin.com account at https://www.linkedin.com/in/rosemarymrazik/

Written by Rosemary Margaret Myers Mrazik Cobb, the daughter of Kathleen A. Myers-my mother,of the household of my parents Kathy Myers-my mother and Thomas H. Cobb-my father and step father,Karen A.Myers,Robert B.Mrazik, Rosemary M.Mrazik,Thomas J.Mrazik,David(Dave)Cobb,Dolly Griffin, and Suzi Cobb,Danny Passerella, and David Doodlebaugn,Pat Turmo;which is,for the most part,an atheist household-and I prefer to keep it this way.One of the household addresses was at 100 North Bemiston and Maryland Avenue in Clayton; then on Stafford Lane in Florissant,Missouri, and then at 12907 Nimes Drive in Creve Coeur,Missouri,in West Saint Louis County,in Somerton Ridge Subdivision.I will not renounce this household for any vague, religious reasons,or for anyone else.I attended and graduated,in 1983 from,Parkway Central Junior High School and Parkway Central Senior High School, both in Chesterfield,Missouri on Woods Mill Road near Olive Street Boulevard.I attended and graduated from the University of Missouri in Saint Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a Minor in Art History in 1988,at Natural Bridge Road near North Hanley.

Wednesday,July 18,2018;Sunday,July 22,2018;Monday,July 23,2018;Friday,August 3,2018;Saturday,August 4,2018.

I would like to eat an Imo's pizza about now.

For an impromptu idea, put together a household Toastmaster's club to meet at the breakfast table;bring your own ideas for doing something that day.I do have one one idea that I would like to bring to the breakfast table, the Invictus Games...,as described on a Google search as "The Invictus Games is an international adaptive multi-sport event, created by Prince Harry,in which wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel and their associated veterans take part in sports including wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, and indoor rowing."

Eat those foods that you grew up with, especially when you think that you are getting a hayfever.Saturday,August 4,2018.

The cost and availability of college, based on something that is similar to the educational model that is, not only familiar, but works rather well;that is the public school education for high schools;factor in McDonald's,gas stations, shopping centers,...

The cost and availability of housing, based on something that is similar to camp grounds,Hosteling International,a library,...;not only are these familiar, but also works rather well.

The cost and availability of transportation, that you can live out of,and call "home;"something that is similar in concept to camping grounds, and Hosteling International,a library,...

Food:the cost and availability of food, that one can grow, year after year,in almost all living situations;something with the concept,of sorts,as a truck stop,...

Now for something that sounds fun and enjoyable;a walking holiday, book clubs,a squirt bottle water tussel, ...

Gather under one roof with all of your cousins, kaftan style if you so choose,as often as you can;use the holidays throughout the year,if you need a good excuse to do something else;another good reason to write each holiday that you like,in a notebook or calendar. Now that I think of it,a calendar can be written in a small notebook;one that can fit in your pocket. In the same small notebook, write the names, addresses, and other contact information.Once you have quite a few friends and/or cousins, under one roof,(you can meet at a park, weather permitting,or the nearest cafe),and when you think of it,make certain to say the other person's name in a conversation.

Begin doing those things that you did while in your high school gymnasium classes.

Think of a sentence that uses all parts of speech;and then, say the sentence in context of your immediate surroundings;for example, when you are outside.

To Whom it May Concern:

I reapplied to Macy’s  in Culver City in California, Manhattan Village Mall, Chesterfield Mall in Chesterfield Missouri, and Apollo Pennsylvania.

We, Larry and myself, met in August of 2002 and talked amicably at that time at Starbucks in West Port Plaza in August of 2002, via Match.com; as I borrowed the company computers-with the permission of Rhonda Tenkku-my manager at that time.  , because I did not own a computer until I moved to Redondo Beach with Larry Iwaki. -and with Rhonda Tenkku’s permission, the Marketing Information Department Manager at the Corporate offices of Hunter Engineering; and in the middle of and nearing the end of during my independent employment,  in August of 2002 via Match.com as I borrowed the computers-with Rhonda Tenkku’s permission, the Marketing Information Manager at Hunter Engineering; because we were engaged to be married to one another in St. Louis, MO in 2002; and before I left the premises and employment as a Marketing Clerk on May ninth of 2003 at Hunter Engineering Company in Bridgeton, MO; and as he told me, the project that he was/is working on with the EUV Laser Program with Randall St. Pierre, PhD.  I moved from my household at the apartment that I rented from 2000 to 2003 at West Pointe Apartments, a place where I signed a lease and for each apartment with my name, a rental agreement where I paid rent for three apartments from 1993 until May 22, 2003- a place that I chose for myself, during my independent employment- the independent employment of another person, as myself, and not employment as a contractor. I was employed at the invitation of the company at the Offices of First Services, LLP/First Banks, Inc. in Creve Coeur, MO and at the invitation from the Offices of Corporate Hunter Engineering Company in Bridgeton, MO;  Larry stayed, with my invitation because of our engagement to one another, the two of us were living in, at West Pointe Apartments in Maryland Heights, MO; since my friendship ended when/as the both were/are living at of in the beginning of November First of 2005 with Lawrence K. Iwaki Jr., PhD. in physical chemistry; to be picked-up at a later date and time.

Lawrence Kazuo Iwaki Jr., PhD. and Randall St. Pierre, PhD., who, in March of 2003 with Randall’s wife-Deb, invited me to move with them and Randall’s wife, while at their invitation to eat and sit with them at a restaurant in the Central West End, to move to Los Angeles, CA in early 2003 with all three of them.  Randall invited me to stay with his wife in the house they own in Palos Verdes because the cost of living in Los Angeles is too high; to stay only because I was engaged to Larry. I never did stay with Randall and Deb. I visited Randall and Deb with their invitation to a party for their son at their house, (I still have the invitation they mailed to me and delivered by the United States Postal Service to the apartments on Aviation Boulevard, Apartment 12, at Westview Apartments in Redondo Beach, CA), a visit with Larry Iwaki during the first year I lived on Aviation Boulevard in Redondo Beach, CA.

I stayed with Larry Iwaki, Jr. at the Marriott Extended Stay in El Segundo on Aviation Boulevard from May twenty-third 2003 to June thirtieth 2003, at the invitation of, arranged by, and paid by Northrop Grumman Space Technology.  The moving van company was arranged and paid for by Northrop Grumman to move my furniture from my apartment at West Pointe Apartments in Maryland Heights, MO directly to the Westview Apartments in Redondo Beach, CA.

An apartment I rented with Larry, who is working at Cutting Edge Optronics/TRW/Northrop Grumman Space Technology at the time we both signed the rental/lease agreements; the same apartment complex where I rented and where I paid the rent for a signed lease agreement for two apartments, apartments 12 and 14, with Carrie Devoigne-Westview Apartment Complex Manager; signed with Cutting Edge Optronics/TRW/Northrop Grumman as the company employer for Larry Iwaki, and Hunter Engineering Company as my own employer-as I was not certain that this would last-with the Corporate offices address for Hunter; a lease agreement I signed with Larry for/on  June twenty-fifth, 2003, for the first apartment number 12, to April thirtieth, 2004, and a second lease agreement that I signed with Larry for/on May first, 2004, for the second apartment number 16, to November eighth, 2005.

For the past four and one-half years, from March second, 2013 until the current date of February seventh, 2017 at the rate of $500.00 per month or $115.00 per week while I am employed; I rented and paid rent directly to Karen Ann Myers, my sister, from March second, 2013 to October thirtieth, 2014, initially at the household of John Nadalin at 222 Via Anita in Redondo Beach, CA 90277; and successively signed a lease agreement, rented, and paid rent directly to Karen by handing this to her, at two other apartments I leased with Karen and John, Mariner Apartments in Marina del Rey at 14000 Old Harbor Lane, Apartment 203 zip code 90292 from November first, 2014 until October thirtieth, 2015; and in Allessio Apartments in Culver City, CA at 5720 West Centinela, Building three, Apartment 412 zip code 90045 from October thirtieth, 2015 until the current date of Tuesday, February seventh, 2017.

Approximately May sixth, 2012, I began making arrangements with Kathleen Ann Myers-my mother, to move in with her in the event I lost my employment at Macy’s in Manhattan Village, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.

My past work experience includes seven years in the Marketing Information Department at the company corporate offices at Hunter Engineering Company from April 1996 to May 2003, an automotive support engineering company headquartered in Bridgeton, MO.  This is a company owned by Steve Braur. I was interviewed at the company corporate headquarters and hired by Eric Wolter, the manager of the department, as a Territory Management Clerk in the Marketing Information Department. I accidentally parked in Mr. Braur’s reserved parking place on the day of the interview, realized my error, and moved my car to the employee parking lot.  From the first few weeks at my new job to the last few weeks, Douglas Woolverton and Greg Dunkin would regularly stop at my work cubical to personally hand to me the paperwork for the changes to their sales and service territories. Later, I was promoted by Dave Smith, VP of Sales and Marketing, and Rhonda Tenkku, manager of the Marketing Information Department, to be a Sr. Territory Management Representative in the same department.   The job duties included supporting the VP of Sales and Marketing and the Regional and Divisional Sales Managers when revising and updating the contracts for the independent sales and service representatives, updating territory assignments in an AS/400 database, data entry, revising sales and service contracts, preparing the sales and service maps for the contracts, writing interoffice correspondence, managing a yearly direct mail project, answering the telephone, sorting mail for the department, and special projects as assigned by Don Emerson.  My co-workers at the time I was hired were Pete Tessler and Ann Jansen. Douglas Woolverton, a Regional and Divisional Sales Manager at Hunter Engineering and who worked with me during my entire employment at the same company, wrote a letter of recommendation for me prior to my last days of leaving this company. I was to keep him informed about my job search progress by letting him know who to address the letter of recommendation to and where to send it.

I would have continued my employment at Hunter Engineering Company with no intention of leaving until I received my advanced degree.  At that time, my goal was to enter medical school. After meeting and getting engaged to Larry Iwaki, Jr PhD, his job as a laser scientist working on a program, the EUV Laser Team, with Randy St. Pierre PhD Chief Scientist/ Manager, EUV Laser Operations, at Cutting Edge Electronics in St. Charles, MO, a business venture  of Northrop Grumman Corporation, was moved to Northrop Grumman Space Technology in Redondo Beach, CA. Larry asked if I would move with him to his new job location, which I did. While I was working at Hunter Engineering Company, I applied to Northrop Grumman Space Technology with Larry’s endorsement after meeting and talking with Randy St. Pierre, several of the other scientists and engineers such as Brian Brickeen Sr. Laser Scientist, Mark Kushina Sr. Laser Engineer, Sam Ponte, Ron Foche, Theodore Konopelski, and Steve Saffa while at a holiday party in December 2002 in St. Louis that was hosted at the house of Armondo Martos from Cutting Edge Electronics.  Apparently, I did not pass the litmus test and was not offered a job. I left Hunter Engineering Company in May 2003 on my own accord and moved to Redondo Beach, CA with Larry K. Iwaki, Jr.PhD. Northrop Grumman hired a moving van company to move my furniture from Maryland Heights, MO to Redondo Beach, CA in May 2003. Since then, I changed my advanced degree goal to engineering and physics. Because I was not able to get a job with Northrop Grumman while living with Larry K. Iwaki Jr. PhD., I decided to talk to Jerry Giardullo about working for him at his new company in Oceanside, CA.

Bill Markey, a Regional and Divisional Sales Manager with Hunter Engineering Company, after talking with me during several telephone conversation, referred me to Jerry Giardullo to work at his company.  I first met Bill Markey at Hunter Engineering when he was the Service Center Manager in Bridgeton, MO. For almost twenty years, Jerry Giardullo was a sales and service contractor with Hunter Engineering and at the time I left the same company.  Jerry began his company about the same time I left Hunter Engineering Company. I have eleven months experience as an Administrative Coordinator at Mission Equipment and Lifts, Inc., a small automotive support company from January 2006 to November 2006.  This is a company owned by Jerry Giardullo in Oceanside, CA near the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. From what I remember, after I parked my car for the interview and was crossing the street to Mr. Giardullo’s company, Pat Dolbek, from the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, asked for directions from her stopped car.  The job duties included data entry, producing and tracking purchase orders, compiling a customer management list, shipping and receiving, tracking the inventory, answering the telephone, filing and organizing the marketing brochures from the vendors, producing quotes, and compiling the sales leads. My co-workers were Danny Castro, Lucas McAhren, and Teresa Swank.  While I was working at Jerry’s company, he showed to me an older model of a Hunter Engineering tire changer, stored in the warehouse at his new company, that he sold when he began working as an independent sales and service representative at Hunter Engineering Company. I asked Jerry to plug in the tire changer and turn it on; it still works.

My most recent work experience includes eight years of sales and merchandising experience at Macy’s from July 2007 to March 2016.  While employed at Macy’s in Manhattan Beach, CA, my goal was to meet and talk to the employees from Northrop Grumman Space Technology.  I did talk to and send my resume to two employees at Northrop Grumman: Marjorie Honnaka, Business Area Director, Financial Operations Integration at Northrop Grumman Corporation Integrated Systems and Ronnie Higgins at Northrop Grumman Space Technology.  Both Ronniie Higgins and Marjorie Honnaka were my regular customers for several years when I began working as a sales person in Polo Ralph Lauren. I was able to email my resume to Marjorie Honnaka when I was working in Polo Ralph Lauren. Later, in August 2014, Ronnie Higgins asked me to send my resume by email after I talked to him about the program that he was managing and the James Webb Space Telescope.  Ronnie Higgins was to send my resume to his business office area manager who knew of the open jobs in the business office. I was a sales support person in Levis at that point. Ronnie Higgins returned a few weeks after I sent the resume to him while I was working in Levis to give an update to me.

I have seven years experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and a mapping software at Hunter Engineering Company.  My typing is currently 35 WPM and I know 10 key by touch.

I already have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a Minor in Art History from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.   I began physics and chemistry classes for my post baccalaureate pre medical classes from the University of Missouri-St. Louis when I was working at Hunter Engineering Company. My focus and long term goal remains to obtain a PhD in the sciences; Physics and Engineering.  The most recent article that I read theorizes how the ice ages advanced by a combination of three factors: the wobble of the earth on its axis (similar to a spinning toy top), how the shape of the of the orbit of the earth around the sun varies (the stretching and unstretching of a rubber band), and how the same earth orbit’s plane can shift its incline (similar to a table top, the orbital plane, tilting up or down or pushed forwards and backwards).  These factors include the variations in the gravitational tugs from the surrounding planets and satellites, the Sun, and the entire solar system. That is the theory proposed by geophysicist and astronomer Milutin Milankovitch, as found on Wikipedia. I am assuming, without reading further, that the electromagnetic field that surrounds the earth is altered around the north and south poles, breaking apart, due in part to the theory proposed by Milutin Milankovitch and the gravitational pulls from the surrounding planets and satellite, contributing to the size of the ozone hole and is a natural progression of the advancing and retreating of the ice ages.  This can explain why the full Moon looks larger in the night sky than at other times in the past because the shape of the Moon’s orbit, being elliptical, shifts towards Earth at the same time that the Earth’s orbit shifts towards the Moon; and why the magnetic North pole moved from one planet to another, making this predictable and how long the next ice age lasts. The increasing and decreasing of the Earth’s rotation and its electromagnetic field changes can then be explained as being abrupt and sudden.

Objective and Overview: I am seeking an opportunity with a company that will combine my experience in business, my bachelor's degree, and my interest in the sciences.  At Hunter Engineering Company, I was working in the Marketing Information Department for seven years. I managed a database, prepared contracts, managed a yearly short term direct mail project, typed and distributed inter office memos, and supported the Regional and Divisional Sales Managers with special projects. I utilized Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a mapping software.  After Hunter Engineering, I worked at Mission Equipment and Lifts, Inc and then Macy's. *Office co-workers: Caroline Devereux, Teresa Swank, Christina Monfort, Delene Taywater.

Administrative Coordinator

* Company: This is a small business owned by Jerry Giardullo, who used to be a sales representative for Hunter Engineering Company.  He began his business to supply automotive support equipment to small business, such as auto dealers, to high schools and the military.  I worked with Jerry Giardullo when he was a sales representative at Hunter Engineering Company approximately 2001-2002 when I was in the Marketing Information Department as a Sr. Territory Management Representative. He would correspond with me by email and telephone.

* Basic job duties: The job duties included producing and tracking purchase orders, compiling a customer management list, shipping and receiving, tracking the inventory, answering the telephone, filing and organizing the marketing brochures from the vendors, producing quotes, and compiling the sales leads.   Attended a sales meeting with the Hunter Engineering Company sales representatives, weekly staff meetings, and wrote meeting minutes.

* Accounting: I maintained the petty cash for the office, created a ledger for the service technicians contracted to this company to track their commissions, created the purchase orders and quotes, created the time-sheets for the employees.

* Marketing: typed the price lists for the products and equipment from the vendors, created a sales lead- prospect list, created a service call sheet as companies contacted the company requesting service to products purchased from Mission Equipment in the past.  For Toyota of Carlsbad, I typed and produced a multi page quote for presentation along with Tim Malolepsy from Rincon Marketing. I organized and filed the literature according to vendors.  Some of the vendors included Hunter Engineering Company, Balcrank, Rincon Marketing, and Tech Force.

* Marketing Information: I maintained several databases.

Purchase Order Management Database: I tracked the purchase of equipment from vendors supplying the necessary equipment bought from Mission Equipment and Lifts, Inc. to complete the sale made to the customer. The purpose was to manage the sales to the customers and track the cost of items purchased by Mission Equipment and Lifts, Inc. by ensuring that the product ordered by vendor was being delivered within a certain time frame, track back-ordered products, call the vendor to ensure that the order placed was in stock and obtain an approximate shipping schedule to Mission Equipment and Lifts, Inc. This included tracking the type of the product that was ordered, the cost of the product, the vendor name, the delivery date of the product to the warehouse, the delivery date to the customer, the names of the service technicians who delivered or installed the customer's order.  The report was divided my month and totaled the cost of all products to Mission Equipment and lifts, Inc. at the end of the month.  For example, I tracked the product ordered for MIRAMAR from Hunter Engineering Company, made certain that the product was in stock, when it would ship, where it was delivered either to MIRAMAR or the company warehouse, and contacted the appropriate sales and service representative at Hunter Engineering who would then schedule a time to meet with the customer to install and train the customer personnel on the appropriate use of the equipment.  This also included contacting the customer if a scheduling conflict existed for the product ordered.   For MIRAMAR, I faxed a safety plan for Mission Equipment and Lifts, Inc. to the appropriate officer, Pat Dolbeck in the Purchasing Department, for review by the MIRAMAR Safety Officers.

Customer Management Database: I maintained a database for all of the customers and vendors for Mission Equipment and Lifts, Inc. including all contact information and divided by the SIC code and industry.

* Service Department:  I organized the service department office and used the following reports for organization and cost purposes.  I maintained a service log giving the details of the job site, the cost of the equipment purchased for the job, the service technicians at the job site, the cost of the service call.  To schedule the service technicians for the week, I updated a scheduling board for the job site that requested service for their equipment, the type of service call, and prioritized the schedule of the service calls from clients according to the complexity of the request and length of time to complete the service call.  To confirm the delivery of the product to the customer, I created a delivery confirmation sheet for the customer to sign when they received the product.  This was filed with the appropriate customer file. After the service technicians would inspect equipment for a customer looking for safety issues that would require immediate attention for repairs, I typed a lift inspection form detailing the recommendations for service or repairs and bound the completed report to be presented to the customer's decision makers to finalize the recommendations for repair or new equipment to be installed.  This included MIRAMAR, Nissan Toyota, Toyota Carlsbad, Lexus Carlsbad, and others.

* Inventory Management System:  I organized the warehouse inventory and maintained several databases to track the inventory arriving into the warehouse and sent to the end user by cost and length of time stored in the warehouse. The reports included the following.  Inventory by month was tracked by each purchase order, vendor name, product description, and totaled the cost of the products at the end of the month.  Service truck inventory described the tools used by the service technicians with the cost of the equipment.  The perpetual warehouse inventory report described the products received into the warehouse by month, purchase order, vendor, product description, total cost by month, and date shipped from the warehouse.  The shipping log described the inventory shipped to the customer by week, vendor name, product description, and cost of the items at the end of the week. I organized the inventory by taking a physical inventory count on a regular basis.  As the product arrived into the warehouse, it was designated to a specific customer using a labeling system and prepped for delivery.

* $12.25 per hour,  40 hours per week.

Corporate Headquarters; Steve Braur-Company Owner

Business to Business-Automotive Support Equipment, Engineering

The corporate headquarters for a privately owned international engineering company that designs, manufactures, and sells automotive support equipment to major car manufacturers, service shops, and tire dealers. Government Contractor: Army Fleet Vehicle Maintenance.

Employees: Joe Staniszewski, Don Emerson, Joe Fuller, Dave Wackter, Jim Huhn, Tom Triptow, Larry Caldwell, Denny Bowen, Bob Toolen, Frank Nowaczyk, and Roger Creason.

The Regional and Divisional Managers at the time I was hired: Bill Markey, Greg Dunkin, Doug Woolverton, Charles Bullock, Jr., Jeff Elder, Jeff Kern, Mike Healey, John Zentz, Erwin VanDeman, Davis Shular, Harold Smith, Mike Green, Wes Wingo, David Newton, Delyn Wirkus, George Ryan, John Obradovic, Eric Dickinson, Mitch Weller, and Tom Triptow.

I was interviewed and hired by Eric Wolter.

Marketing Information Department

Dec. 1999- May 2003: Sr. Territory Management Representative

April 1996- Dec. 1999: Territory Management Clerk

Hiring manager was Eric Wolter; co-workers were Pete Tessler and Ann Jansen. Successive managers after Eric Wolter in the Marketing Information Department: Greg Stain, Rhonda Tenkku, and Jeff Russell.  Other co-workers: Theresa Houska, Computer Graphics Designer, was from my high school, Parkway Central High School, Sheryl Daugherty - Webmaster, Don Simmons and Darren Goodhart- Advertising Department, Don Cwiklowski and Kim Chandler- Technical Publications.

* Database management: managed the sales and service territories by zip code on a limited access and secured AS/400 database.  After receipt of the FAR report or verbal instructions from the Regional and Divisional Managers, I translated the instructions into code and entered the information into the database according to a deadline.  This included writing the code according to trade areas and quota by county, and any specific instructions from the managers.  All exceptions to standard operating procedure were resolved first from the given parameters I had to make the decisions. For territory disputes between the regional managers and divisional managers, the retired VP-Sales and Marketing Don Emerson would either approve my recommendations or provide a solution. Upon the resolution of the disputed geographical areas, I obtained the agreement from the managers involved in writing.

* Prepared legal documents: Produced contracts and amendments for the sales and service representatives according to the regional and divisional managers instructions from the database management: producing the maps and zip code listings, by reviewing the legal terminology in the contracts; questions concerning the Heavy Duty Truck (HDT) contracts were discussed with Pete Liebetreau-Product Manager; provided contracts in question to the Joe Staniszewski-VP of Finance for lawsuits.

*Maps: Maps were produced for the Regional and Divisional Managers by downloading territory information from the AS/400 database to an Excel spreadsheet, linking the spreadsheet to the new mapping software, and producing territory maps, regional and divisional maps, and maps by product type for sales analysis.  MapPoint Mapping Software, Microsoft Excel, Arpeggio, CAD printer.

* Short-term project management spanning 3-4 months each year: I reported to Don Emerson and then later with Steve Helmkamp-Customer Relations Manager to coordinate the work with his department and the Marketing Information Department; supervised and trained Judy White for the data entry and the yearly mailing for the updated distributor contracts. September: Notify Don Emerson and later Steve Helmkamp to update the distributor contract and the accompanying bulletin.  This included reviewing the next years contracts for changes to the policy on product lines, suggesting the changes in the legal terminology to Don Emerson or Joe Staniszewski, and after approval, completing a working copy of the distributor contract.  The final copy of the contract was given to Rhea Yost for document maintenance in the advertising department.  Order the supplies for the direct mail project. Produce the mailing return labels to Hunter Engineering.  October: The distributor contracts were mailed within a two week time frame goal in October to the sales representative who would meet with the distributor at a later date to sign the contracts and discuss the changes to the product line or terms.  Obtain the approval from Don Emerson and later Steve Helmkamp for the newly printed authorized distributor labels according to the "Hunter Red" logo. Produce the distributor contracts for each distributor, obtain a territory list by county and sales rep, cover letters for each sales rep, produce the sales representative's mailing labels, and send by certified mail organized by sales region to each sales representative. November to March: Data entry by the code for the returned and signed distributor contracts in the secure database.

* ALI Reports: Produced the monthly ALI Reports to Pete Liebetreau-Product Manager: Brake Testers, Racks, and Safety Inspection Equipment.

* Sales and Service Representative Profiles: I reported to Don Emerson.  The reports included reviewing and filing psychological surveys, calculating the sales quotes for the territories, filing the educational achievements, work history, and family background for each new rep, the description of the territory by maps and zip code, filing the contracts and amendments as the territories changed, the assignment of the representative ID numbers.

* Copy machine: I volunteered to maintain the copy machine after Joe Staniszewski asked me about the best features for the purchase.  The purchasing department and the accounting department provided the requested purchase based on their budget.

* Prospect/User Reports: Provided the prospect and user report for the new sales and service representatives and upon request from the regional and divisional managers and Don Emerson. The prospect user report gave the list of current customers and customers who expressed an interest in the Hunter Engineering Company products.  The report provided the customer's contact information, equipment purchased, and the sales potential.

* Sales Quotas: Calculated the quota for each new sales representative based on the sales quota set for each county in the United States at the beginning of each year.

* Representatives' sales and service ID numbers: this was assigned to the two year parameter of available ID numbers.  The ID numbers were to remain unused after a rep left  the company for a two year time span.  Returning reps were allowed to regain the ID numbers upon approval from management, specifically Don Emerson.  The ID numbers are in a limited quantity and maintained according to the two year time span availability for the assignment. When the HDT product line was added, the ID numbers were reserved for that specific product line.  The other product lines were separated for assignment.  I provided the ID numbers to Cheryl Naes in accounting.  She assigned the account number for her database management with my rep ID number.

*Trade Areas: Organized the counties in a specific territory according to a dollar amount range calculated from the sales quota set for each county at the beginning of the year.

*Special Projects: I reported to Don Emerson-the retired VP Sales and Marketing for the following projects for sales analysis. Reporting the delinquent contracts and amendments that were not returned and signed by the representatives within a specified time frame. Open Territory Report: I produced a report that listed the unassigned sales and service territories managed by regional managers. This report answered what areas remained unfilled by a sales or service representative, which regional managers have not hired a representative, and how long the territories remain unprofitable. The addition of sales territories to the existing territories. The goal was to increase overall profitability to the company by introducing a sales representatives who specialized in a specific product line, Heavy Duty Truck automotive products (HDT). I provided maps of all the sales territories as they currently existed divided by geographical areas and assigned the sales quota by the proposed new product line and remaining product lines for each county by  the areas where the new sales territories were under consideration. I provided a breakdown of the sales quota by the different products for each county under consideration to give a snapshot of the profit potential before and after the HDT product lines were added.  I prepared the final maps of the new product line and the remaining product lines once the geographical areas were determined that would produce the highest profit potential.  The maps and quota for all product lines were presented to management for the final approval.  Upon approval from management, I used the maps and quota information as the FAR to convert the instructions into code for data entry into a secured database.  I revised the contracts legal terminology for the new HDT products in an addendum to the contracts and reviewed this with Don Emerson and Joe Staniszewski for final working copy. As sales representatives were added to sell the HDT product line, I assigned an HDT rep ID number.  These ID numbers were reserved for this specific line and not assigned to other product lines.  I reported to Don Emerson for the distributor contracts from approximately 1996-2000 for the yearly short term project.  Because I was the person who received FARs for all newly hired sales reps and for any changes to territories from the regional managers, I was to discuss the FAR with Don Emerson who gave the final approval on all HDT reps and HDT territories.

* Promotion: December 1999, Rhonda Tenkku promoted me to a newly created position, Sr. Territory Management Representative.  The promotion information is on file with Dave Smith-VP Sales and Marketing.

* Member of the Direct Marketing Association.

* $26,857.00 per year, 40 hours per week.
