DSC with sensitivity of 0.1 micro Watts and baseline reproducibility of +/- 5 micro Watts

Hitachi, the $48 billion powerhouse known for its quality control and precision instruments, produced the highest sensitivity DSC on the market with a sensitivity of 0.1 micro Watts and this same DSC also has the best baseline reproducibility which is plus or minus 5 micro Watts.  This DSC is known as DSC 7000X.

 

In North America, the application support for this DSC is provided by Hitachi's applications lab in Texas.  Prompt and Excellent Sales and Service Support is provided by RT Instruments, Inc.

 

Hitachi does also offer two STA's with horizontal furnaces.*

1) STA 7200 with a temperature range of Ambient to 1100 C - TG sensitivity of 0.2 micro grams and DTA sensitivity of 0.06 micro V

2) STA 7300 with a temperature range of Ambient to 1500 C - TG sensitivity of 0.2 micro grams and DTA sensitivity of 0.06 micro V

 

*Note: Much less residue is deposited on a balance in a horizontal furnace.  This results is excellent baseline reproducibility and much less maintenance.
