Calcium chloride is used in fast curing concrete mixtures and puts off almost enough heat to fry an egg.
Does anyone know another chemical additive that would be just as stable(safer the better) but produce a much higher exothermic reaction( 800-2500 Fahrenheit)? Dry or Wet chemical application would both work. And possibly an additive for the additive that would help sustain(30mins) a very high exothermic reaction?
I am not concerned with the extreme heat compromising the structural integrity of the concrete.
Thank you for any advice or suggestions.
