P.S. Remember that MacDougall guy who e-mailed a racially offensive message last year? well, he's at it again and left a voice message with my LAPD HazMat Sergeant along with another e-mail racially offensive message to me. "Give a man enough rope..." works here and the LAPD is now considering a Hate Crime arrest on this guy.
