Know of any potential National Historic Chemical Landmarks? If you do, why not send us a nomination? Landmarks must satisfy three criteria: represent a significant achievement in the history of chemistry; have occurred more than 25 years ago; and demonstrate a significant benefit to society. Nominations should have the backing of a local section, technical division, or ACS committee. The nomination forms can be found on the Web site. For more information on the program, how to submit a nomination, and criteria, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
